USW/US Steel Career Development is a Union and Company negotiated benefit to Union Employees. There are always new and exciting activities for you to participate in at US Steel Career Development. Our curriculum consists of everything from welding to computers. If there is something you have always wanted to learn, but may not have been able to in the past, stop in and see what we have to offer.
For Class Cancelations/Closures due to weather, Gary Works Career Development follows the Gary Community School System. We do not however follow the delay policy.
